It also paid us faster than any casino we’ve tested: 42 minutes. MyBookie’s Single Deck table is the best on paper, a 0.04% player edge, and takes up to $5,000 a hand.

Two things decide what blackjack costs you: the table’s rules and the bonus. A 6:5 payout adds 1.36% to the house edge, and none of the casinos here lists one. And blackjack barely counts toward bonuses: 10% at most casinos and 0% on Single Deck and live tables, so a bonus can take 10 times longer to clear.

Why do small rule changes matter so much? Blackjack’s house edge is tiny to start with, so each rule moves it a lot. At $25 a hand and 100 hands an hour, the best table here puts you about $0.88 ahead an hour on average and the worst costs about $20.55. Play the wrong strategy and the gap grows far wider than the rules alone.

Bovada, Ignition, Cafe Casino and Slots.lv publish a rule sheet for each game, which is why their tables fill this list. Wild Casino and Super Slots only say their limits start at $1 a hand. Cherry Jackpot, Casino Max and Slots Ninja publish no blackjack rules at all, so we can’t rank their tables.

The 6:5 payout is the one to walk away from: it adds 1.36% on its own, more than every other rule here put together. At $25 a hand and 100 hands an hour that’s about $34 more an hour. None of the casinos we checked lists a 6:5 table, but check the felt or the rules panel before you sit down.

Read across from your hand and down from the dealer’s up card. Charts change with the rules: with one deck, for example, you double hard 8 against a 5 or 6, and with the dealer hitting soft 17 you double 11 against an Ace. Using the chart that matches your table is worth more than any bonus.

Live tables deal far fewer hands an hour than digital ones, so the same house edge costs you less an hour. They’re also where the limits go highest: BetOnline’s VIP tables take $50,000 a hand and Cafe Casino’s $10,000. But live play doesn’t count toward a bonus at most casinos here, and BetOnline says it may bar card counting at its live tables.

Insurance is a side bet that the dealer has blackjack. With six decks it loses 7.40% of what you put on it, against well under 1% on the main hand, so basic strategy never takes it. The 11:1 Pairs bet on Ignition’s and Slots.lv’s live tables gives up 11.25%.

Casinos count most of a blackjack bet as not played when you’re clearing a bonus. Here’s how much each one counts.

At 10%, every $100 you bet on blackjack clears $10 of rollover. Cafe Casino’s 300% bonus on a $100 deposit needs $16,000 of slot play, or $160,000 of blackjack. Even at a 0.5% house edge, that much blackjack costs about $800, more than the $300 bonus is worth. How We Checked These Tables

On 13 October 2026 we read the game pages, help articles and bonus terms of 12 offshore casinos and noted every published blackjack rule: decks, soft 17, the blackjack payout, doubling, splitting, surrender and limits. Where a casino doesn’t say whether you can double after a split or surrender, we assume you can’t, and we note it next to the table.

We then worked out the house edge of every rule set ourselves with a combinatorial analysis, the exact probability of every card the dealer and player can draw from the shoe, rather than copying figures from other sites. Each table is played with perfect basic strategy for its own rules, no insurance and no side bets, with the dealer checking for blackjack. Splits are counted once, so tables that allow resplitting are, if anything, a little better than shown. The strategy charts come from the same analysis.

Should the dealer hit or stand on soft 17?

You want the dealer to stand. When the dealer hits soft 17 the house edge goes up by 0.21% with six decks. Double Deck at Bovada, Cafe Casino and Ignition and MyBookie’s Single Deck have the dealer stand.

Can you count cards online?

Not at digital tables: they shuffle after every hand. At live tables the shoe is dealt deeper, but BetOnline, Wild Casino and Super Slots all say they can bar card counters.

Does blackjack count toward a casino bonus?

Only partly. Bovada, Ignition, Cafe Casino and Slots.lv count it at 10%, Double Deck at 2% and Single Deck and live tables at 0%. Red Dog counts card games at 20%, and Sloto’Cash doesn’t count blackjack at all.

Should I take insurance?

No. Insurance is a side bet that the dealer has blackjack, and with six decks it loses 7.40% of what you bet on it. Basic strategy never takes it.

What is the highest blackjack limit online?

BetOnline’s live VIP tables go up to $50,000 a hand, and Cafe Casino’s VIP tables up to $10,000. At digital tables, MyBookie and Cafe Casino take up to $5,000 a hand on Single Deck.

Is live dealer blackjack better than digital blackjack?
