Treat a free chip as a free look, not free money. At 50x, a $20 chip needs $1,000 of bets. On slots that return around 96%, that much betting costs about $40 on average, twice the chip, so most free chips run out before you clear them. New Software or New Owners: What It Means for You

New software: Shazam, BoVegas and Cherry Gold

You get far more games than the old RTG lobbies had, from Betsoft, Rival, Dragon Gaming and others. The catch is in the bonus terms: games from some studios don’t count, or void the bonus if you play them. Shazam and BoVegas exclude Betsoft and Saucify, for example. Check which studio makes a game before you play it with bonus money.

New owners: Las Vegas USA and Vegas Casino Online

The games are still mostly RTG, with new releases added every month, but the terms, offers and cashier are new. Every deposit must be wagered once before you withdraw, and both ask you to raise a dispute in writing within one hour. Neither site names its operator or a licence.

A new casino has less history to judge it by. Look for a named licence, clear withdrawal limits and a small test withdrawal before you play big. Of the six here, only Shazam names its operating company.

What does a relaunched casino mean?

An older casino that has changed something that matters to you: its software, its owners, its terms or its cashier. A new logo or colour scheme alone doesn’t count.

Do Shazam, BoVegas and Cherry Gold still use RTG?

Their own pages now name Betsoft, Rival, Dragon Gaming, Saucify and other studios. BoVegas no longer mentions RTG at all. Cherry Gold’s FAQ and terms don’t either, though its homepage still says it runs on RTG.

Who owns Las Vegas USA and Vegas Casino Online now?

Both are under new owners, but neither site names the company or a licence. Their terms were rewritten in March 2026, and both still list Spinlogic Gaming and RTG games.
